In this full day tour, you will witness the breathtaking beauty of the sun rising over Angkor Wat and illuminating the surrounding jungle.
You will also visit four equally awe-inspiring temples this day, including Angkor Thom, Bayon temple, Baphuon temple, the jungle temple of Ta Prohm, and Banteay Kdei.
Itinerary
4:10 AM – Early morning pick-up at your Siem Reap hotel. (Pick-up to be confirmed by email one day prior to tour.)
Angkor Wat
After watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat, you will explore the intricate corridors of the temple itself. Learn the rich history of the ancient Khmer Empire through captivating legends and the thousands of detailed bas-relief carving along the temple walls.
Angkor Thom South Gate
We’ll enter via the South Gate of Angkor Thom along a causeway flanked by a row of 54 mythical beings (said to guard the city from bad spirits).
Bayon Temple
Located in the exact center of Angkor Thom, Bayon temple is known for its hundreds of giant stone faces looking down upon you from its 54 towers. It is one of the most photogenic spots in all of Siem Reap.
Baphuon Temple
A mid-11th century temple, Baphuon is a one of the famed mountain temples built by the ancient Khmer. It features three large tiers, built in a shape of pyramid.

Ta Prohm
Known as the world-famous “Tomb Raider” temple, Ta Prohm is popular because of its unique appearance. You will marvel at the way the jungle appears to be growing right through the temple itself.
Banteay Kdei
Banteay Srei is considered by many to be the jewel in the crown of Angkorian art. The temple is cut from standstone of a pinkish hue and features some of the most intricate carvings anywhere in the world.
